This nationwide survey on religion and the family was conducted for Religion & Ethics Newsweekly by Greenberg Quinlan Rosner Research Inc. The survey is the basis of a four-part Religion & Ethics Newsweekly series called "Faith and Family in America."

This project includes Luther Seminary, Southwestern Baptist Seminary, and several Roman Catholic church leaders.

The Baylor Center for Family and Community Ministries
The CFCM seeks to support congregations and faith-based organizations in strengthening families and communities so that they will be better equipped to encourage the development of strong faith.

The center's activities include research, continuing education, consulting, and resource development. For example, its "Church Census" consulting program involves exploring the strengths, weaknesses, and faith experiences of the families in the client congregation. Based on this information, suggestions are then provided for how the church can better nurture the spiritual growth of its families.
